A Sanctuary.

Ezekiel 11:16 says, “Although I have scattered them among the countries, yet I have been a sanctuary to them for a little while in the countries where they have gone.”

This verse reminds us that God remains a refuge, even in the most difficult and dangerous circumstances. For missionaries serving in hostile or unstable regions, this promise offers profound comfort. Though they may be far from home, facing persecution or isolation, God Himself is their sanctuary. He goes with them, providing protection, strength, and peace.

As we pray for these courageous servants, we trust that God’s presence sustains them wherever they go, just as He did for His people in exile.
