Anonymous Discipleship Assessment (ADA) Report

“When the apostles returned, they reported to Jesus what they had done.”

- Luke 9:10

In Luke chapter 9, Jesus sends out His followers to minister. He gave them power and authority to cast out demons, cure diseases, to proclaim the Kingdom of God, and to heal. After doing so, they returned to Jesus and told Him all that they had done.

The goal of this report is to know how you are growing in your journey with Jesus. Without reporting back how you are practicing your faith, we cannot know how to help you in your discipleship.

Please be honest, authentic, and transparent, viewing this report as an opportunity to share what God is doing in your life, as well as an opportunity for you to grow in other areas.
